WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:

The Systems Analyst on the Systems & Support Team will monitor, maintain and troubleshoot Revenue Management and Pricing technical applications. These tools and processes unlock revenue generating opportunities, enable smarter decision making, and improve efficiency for the Revenue Management and Pricing Department. Systems Analyst also serves on project Teams to assist with testing new capabilities in technical applications.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.
Use technology skills (Java, SQL, VBA, Access and Excel) to build, update, and maintain scalable applications, datasets, and automated processes based on provided requirements
Create appropriate written documentation for supported tools, processes, and projects.
Test and report changes to settings in Revenue Management and Pricing systems.
Utilize appropriate software management procedures, standards, and best practices as defined by Leader.
Track work requests, process of performance, and application errors in defined tracking system for Team review and troubleshooting.
Serve as main point of contact for at least one area of supported applications.
