This role in summary
The Senior Finance Analyst - Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key member of the Corporate FP&A team.This individual will work closely with and interact with multiple stakeholders and be a critical finance partner for our corporate finance teams. This role is expected to maintain contact with the key global business partners in delivering monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables as well as driving executive level material for key leadership meetings. This role will be instrumental for our global cost delivery council tracking, reporting and understanding of key drivers and actions globally.
Your responsibilities will include
Executive Committee Cost Delivery Financial Material Lead
Lead consolidation, analysis, and communication to support monthly global cost delivery council meetings
Lead continuous improvement opportunities globally to streamline processes
Partner with Corp Strategy on ad hoc strategic analysis
Supporting analysis, communication, and processes for quarter end deliverables with process optimization
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or Business
2+ years experience in corporate finance or accounting
Preferred skills and experiences
Proven work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role
Excellent financial analysis skills
Demonstrable strategic thinking skills
Highly organized and results-oriented with demonstrated experience
Strong business problems solving, communication, leadership, and project management skills
Proven Ability to build relationships across business units and corporate functions to drive change
