AS A PCB DESIGN ENGINEER, YOU WILL: 

Layout complex PCB’s using Computer Aided Design tools
Work in a collaborative team environment to review and analyze electrical schematics and supporting documents to interpret electrical design requirements, create PCB layouts & produce detailed fabrication and assembly drawings
Work with mechanical engineers for optimal circuit board enclosures and board interconnect design
Support electronics design engineers in identifying and resolving design issues related to PCB layout
Manage and maintain a CAD component library across multiple engineering locations
Collaborate with manufacturing organizations to ensure designs meet design for manufacturability guidelines

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

BS Electrical/Computer Engineering with 4+ years related experience, or Associates degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering and 8+ years related experience
Proficiency using CAD development tools for schematic capture, PCB layout and simulation
Experience with electronic manufacturing assembly processes and drafting practices to deliver quality board designs
Knowledge of best practices for electro-magnetic compatibility design
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:  

Experience with Mentor Graphics PCB Design CAD tools
SQL database experience   
Ability to learn new tools or processes quickly
Detail oriented and organized
