Information Technology Risk Management and Security Governance Risk and Compliance (ITRMS GRC) is an essential component of the current IT enterprise that provides support to the Pharmaceutical Research, Supply Chain and Marketing organizations. 

The ITRMS GRC Compliance Monitoring group is responsible for enabling innovation within ITRMS GRC Compliance through proactive and predictive compliance insights including monitoring performance against strategy, providing risk insights derived from second-line monitoring and driving accountability within the IT Compliance organization.

The Data & Analytics Lead will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data based on Key Risk/Compliance Indicator requirements. This role reports to the Director, IT GRC Compliance Monitoring.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration with the L2 Risk Analysts to develop desired KRIs.

Identifies and acquires data based on Key Risk Indicator (KRI) requirements.

Assesses feasibility of desired analyses based on available data and information.

Develops rulesets, visualizations, and reporting tailored to targeted audiences.

Tracks progress and keeps leadership regularly apprised of project status.

Desired Education Level:

Bachelor's degree is required.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of analytics toolkits and methodologies.

Strong data management skills.

Strong data visualization and UX design skills.

Experience automating data ETL using process automation tools.

Experience developing and maintaining well-documented rulesets and assumptions.

Creative mindset with willingness and enthusiasm to recommend analytic approaches based on KRIs and available data and experiment with new methods and visualization approaches.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to execute quickly and with a high degree of accuracy, embedding quality checks into development process.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Experience with Agile/Scrum techniques and execution.

Minimum of 8 years of experience building and deploying analytics and data visualizations

Ability to anticipate and proactively manage risks and roadblocks.

Experience with:

Programming languages, e.g., SQL, Python, R, etc.

BI / visualization platforms, e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense, Spotfire, Tableau, etc.

Process automation tools, e.g., MS Power Apps

Common cloud technologies, e.g., AWS, Azure, etc

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Domain expertise in IT Regulatory Compliance industry-leading practices including GxP, SOX, Security, Privacy, PCI.
