Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Create menus to include meals for 3-day hunting parties ranging from 10-15 people during the 5-month hunting season (October - February).
Cooking and serving your menu items to our guests. Typical meals/food include a core menu focused on hearty American faire such as steaks, chicken fried steaks, Vinson, vegetable casseroles, deserts, and so on.  There will be ample opportunity for your creativity to bring to life your menu items that you would our guests to experience.
Maintain food supplies/ingredients for the kitchens, pantries, dining & entertaining areas at the hunting lodges via independent shopping at your discretion. A Ranch vehicle will be provided to you for food logistical operations.

Requirements

Prior experience creating menus and preparing meals for groups of ten or more guests
Prior hospitality experience 
Excellent customer service skills, a hospitality mindset, and a positive can do attitude
Ability to multi-task and have attention to detail in menu preparation, cooking, and serving VIP guests
Ability to function independently and organize day to day culinary operations
Willingness to work overtime two nights per week during the hunting season (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
This position like all of our positions requires background/drug screening
