The Coordinator, Social Media is responsible for day-to-day execution of Phillips 66 motor fuel’s social media presence and campaigns for the consumer brands (76, Conoco, and Phillips 66 gas). Execute daily community listening, maintenance, engagement, monitoring and issue escalation/response. Conduct research (using a variety of tools) to identify social media best practices and trends for brand audits.
Responsibilities May Include
Execute social media program which includes assisting with content ideation, development and consistency across platforms, as well as, working with brand licensees to review and approve brand content
Manage social media presences on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google My Business, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social media channels
Manage social media tools, internal/external/vendor relationships and contract oversight.
Manage social media advertising agency time and budget, work and expectations among various campaigns and projects by providing direction on brand campaigns through writing social briefs, tracking progress through status updates, and managing allocated marketing spend.
Establish social metrics for brand campaigns and promotions with ongoing analysis, review and reporting on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results to provide appropriate recommendations and insight back to stakeholders.
Adhere to content calendar to ensure content and assets are being published on time
Support brand loyalty and encourage generation of user created content via active community participation and conversation; collaborate with Consumer Services and provide direction for community moderation; manage online discussions by listening and responding to users (where appropriate) in a timely and authentic manner.
Monitor and track discussion topics for management team; prepare periodic reports to update staff/clients on predetermined metrics.
Proactively monitor brand and relevant themes/news stories online and work with agency to provide suggestions for real-time or timely content, assets and conversations within brand communities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree
3 or more years of experience positioning a brand using social media
Strong verbal and writing / grammatical skills as well as ability to present information and ideas logically and clearly; keen eye for detail
Experience with social media tools: listening platform and/or publishing platform (e.g. Sprinklr, Spredfast)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Social Media: strong understanding of social media sites (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Blogs, etc.), industry, new technologies, trends and best practices
Communication: 3 or more years of experience in communicating effectively, verbal and written
Organization: Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects, tasks, and internal and external relationships
Brand: Has general knowledge of brand strategies, concepts, and activities that drive consumer behavior
