You will contribute to the rewards strategy and develop and implement innovative and best-in-class compensation programs for functions and regions. You will support and enable Western Union to attract, motivate and retain talent as we evolve our business to be the leader in cross-border money transfer. You and your team will partner with leaders across the people organization and the Company to determine where and how rewards practices should evolve. Contribute to developing our global rewards strategy. You will have a deep understanding of immerging trends in the competitive environment to provide innovative solutions to compensation and talent-related challenges. Translate strategic business objectives to work collaboratively with leaders as you guide the business and develop creative compensation solutions that meet the demands of an evolving workforce.

For such a critical role, Bachelor's degree education or equivalent experience is required. Business/Industry experience with a minimum of ten to twelve years of progressively increasing Compensation and design and management experience. History of managing a team to direct the work of a global compensation team, ensuring fit-for-purpose compensation frameworks and principles designed to attract, retain, drive performance and engagement of employees at all levels. Demonstrated partnerships and collaboration with the HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team to ensure that our approach to compensation remains competitive while looking for progressive ways to meet the needs of a changing talent market. Prove the ability to identify, analyze, and draw insights from various data sources to support the business leaders in making informed and meaningful decisions. Global compensation is strongly preferred . Advanced Excel required. Workday a plus.  CCP or GRP certification would be strongly preferred. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable. Will pay for relocation.
