Primary responsibilities include:
* Designing and maintaining a comprehensive view of the health of the Production application environments
* Working with engineers to develop site reliability and performance metrics to ensure the highest quality user experience possible for our customers.
* Ensuring upgrades, releases, and maintenance are coordinated with minimal customer impact
* Leading incident response and root cause analysis processes
* Communicating with team members, project management and research statisticians to understand the data science methodologies and their impacts on the user experience
* Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions within existing frameworks
* Consistently striving to release the best implementations of the most accurate digital media measurement products in the market

Here’s a summary of the skills you’ll need for this position:
* BS computer science or related field
* 5-7 years experience in software engineering
* 1-3 years experience working on a production SaaS platform
* Experience in python and/or React JS
* 1-3 years experience working with relational databases
* DevOps experience with alerting technologies such as PagerDuty, metrics and reporting stacks such as Prometheus/Grafana/Elasticsearch/Kibana
* A mindset focused on reliability, uptime, and the customer experience
* Standard software development practices including scrum, automated testing, deployment pipelines, continuous integration and continuous delivery, etc.
* The desire to continually learn and test your own boundaries.
* Collaborative, positive attitude with desire to work in a demanding, fast paced, and dynamic work environment for a rapidly growing business unit.
