Boeing's Human Resources (HR) function is currently seeking an Experienced Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join our Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Engineering Functions HR Team in Everett, WA.

Integration, partnership across ET&T, BCA Eng HR, BCA Airplane Programs Engineering, Engineering Design Centers and HR Centers of Excellence including Ethics, Labor Relations and Legal

This position will work closely with Engineering Functional Executive Leaders and their business units to provide HR high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business, the employees, managers and executives. This HRG will interface with employees and managers in both on-site and remote capacities.   

 Position Responsibilities:

Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions

Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery

Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)

Work closely with HR COE’s to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and to support the delivery of programs

Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided

Support the continuing transformation of HR via HR process implementation and the continuous technological improvements in Workday  

Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives

Serve as subject matter expert on majority of HR products and services

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Human Resources certification

Experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders

Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
