DISH Wireless is seeking a digitally savvy, strategic thinker to serve as a trusted partner for our new wireless business. The successful Digital Marketing Manager will plan and execute the digital marketing activities related to our customer website, and coordinate media campaigns with digital marketing leads. They will oversee website management projects in partnership with internal stakeholders to drive customer engagement and brand recognition. This role will develop and maintain strong working relationships with digital tactical partners and key stakeholders in wireless to ensure campaigns are aligned to top business priorities. This leader will effectively seek out and share opportunities for conversion improvement and lead implementation of new pages, assets and web tools through collaborations with marketing, UX Design and IT teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Share the DISH Wireless brand and vision with customers through web and social media platforms
Partner with internal communications and PR teams to effectively tell the Dish Wireless story across all touch points
Manage a team to successfully execute digital campaigns on web and social platforms to meet strategic goals of executive leadership
Collaborate with business leaders and colleagues to create strategy on creative vision and storytelling of the DISH Wireless brand
Create and maintain site performance dashboards with comprehensive website key performance indicators (KPIs) to present to senior leadership and to initiate improvements and optimizations on our website;
Execute and measure A/B tests and other activities designed to increase conversion;
Foster shared learning environment and act as a trusted source of digital performance information for readouts and updates;
Serve as a thought leader for the digital marketing team, regularly sharing platform and industry POVs to support recommendations;
Assist in identification, vetting and implementation of new platform partners.

A successful Digital Marketing Manager will have the following:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
Five to seven years of digital marketing, digital product management and/or website optimization
Demonstrated success building, managing and optimizing digital customer experiences
Track record of delivering profitable digital results against established business goals
Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship skills, specifically with analytics, creative and brand teams
