Position Highlights

*Reports to President and Market Leader
*Organize Genesis sales and marketing resources around market dynamics, referral sources, decision-makers, and influencers
*Provide hands-on leadership support and supervision of all market business development strategies
*Partner with the interdisciplinary team of market leaders to provide nursing centers with a "high touch" in targeted areas to assist with revenue generation efforts
*Responsible and accountable for meeting and exceeding occupancy and census revenue goals
*Build and maintain direct relationships with referral sources, decision makers, and key stakeholders
*Monitor business development plans, strategies, and tactics that yield census growth and relationship advancement specific KPI targets.
* Collaborate with business development team members and nursing center leadership to continuously improve systems that directly impact occupancy
*Establish and lead digital marketing strategy, empower nursing center teams with skillset, tools, and digital brand management plan based on priorities that yield productive digital presence results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Four-year degree required. Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Health Care Management preferred.
*Five to 7 years' experience in the healthcare industry required and regional healthcare market experience preferred.
*Multi-facility management experience or health care product or service sales experience preferred.
*Adept in using computer to document activities.
*Must be flexible in scheduling priorities and able to travel as needed.
