Job Description

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Prevention/Protection :

Ensure that the safety provisions are permanently operational to guarantee risk control on the site (verifications, tests, equipment checks, patrols, etc.)
Apply, respect and ensure that instructions are respected (internal regulations, Security instructions, management of access and keys, control of people, “luggage” and vehicles, etc.)
Perform and document PP rounds (Fire and Security)
Check, test and control the installations, equipment and resources Security
Carry out the verification plans and control plans for which he is responsible
Implement, for the Safety part, the EP3 process (Operational Control and Emergency Plan) as part of the SMEP
Ensure that all provisions are respected to prevent and contain security risks
Contribute to the capitalization of experience by participating in the analysis of all safety-related events that have occurred on the site
Monitor and use alarm centralization tables
Put in place, or implement, the temporary arrangements that require it
Apply the "Logistics" instructions for carriers (weighing, sealing, transport documents, etc.)

Intervention:

Intervene in the event of an intrusion, incident, disaster or malicious act alarm.
Apply pre-established instructions or orders given in the event of an unforeseen event.
Use reflex sheets in the event of an event.
Evaluate an event situation and report accordingly.
Alert the RGEP and those responsible for any serious anomaly or any persistent risk situation and apply the necessary emergency measures, including first aid.
Carry out operational PP interventions (reception / transmission of alarms, emergency calls, etc.)

Information / Communication:

Provide reception (physical or telephone) according to Group rules
Inform all newcomers (or entrants) of the applicable site security rules
Reception and transmission of telephone calls

Reporting:

Write-up incident and fault reports.
Provide information on Fire and Safety indicators, monitor progress and guarantee quality.

Requirements/Qualifications

EMT license would be nice to have but not a must
Any medical, first responder, first aid experience would be great
Communication skills and empathy is a must
Conciliatory attitude
Knowledge of Basic Security and Fire Inspection Procedures
Safety Management skills
