Role Description
Reporting to the Worldwide Marketing Director, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Leads strategic initiatives and programs that drive customer and partner experience improvements.
Identifies and drives customer and partner centric action plans to closure with global stakeholders.
Engages with cross functional teams to remove barriers to adoption and accelerate business outcomes for our customers.
Compiles regular stakeholder updates including performance to metrics and insights in the areas of customer and partner success.
The Ideal Candidate
A deep passion for customer experience, data analytics, problem solving, and driving customer and partner centric business outcomes.
Experience capturing customer insights including survey design, feedback collection, and report creation.
Familiarity with customer experience platforms and using the Net Promoter Score metric desired but not required.
Skilled at analyzing data in Microsoft Dynamics and Excel, and creating reports in PowerPoint.
Experience working with cross functional teams on projects.
Strong planning and organizations skills; must be able to set and manage priorities, adapt to change, drive progress of activities and deliverables to closure.
A problem solver who can quickly assess situations, collect relevant information, or input from subject matter experts and drive manageable solutions.
Is creative and innovative. Demonstrates a willingness to explore new options to address customer challenges and improve experiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
