Job Description
About the Role
Insticator is looking for a Chief of Staff to work with the leadership team to bring us to the next level. This role will report directly to and work extremely closely with the CEO.
Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
Parachuting into different teams that face operational challenges and helping to fix those challenges.
Has worked closely or within the People/HR function to help with leadership training, culture or recruitment
Planning quarterly Leadership in-person strategy meetings
Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork
Partnering with different functions to parachute in and help streamline solutions.
Planning, coordinating and keeping contents of a meeting focused
Determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance
Joins board meetings with the board of directors to take notes as well as creating board decks.
Managing the company cap table
Helps vetting potential acquisitions and works closely with the finance team.
Manage internal company wide communication to keep all team members updated on metric and goal tracking
Lead the leadership team through brainstorming activities to determine quarterly company wide goals (OKRs)
Helping to support the people team with processes and operational support.
Qualifications
Professional Competencies
8+ years managerial or project management or COS experience
Has impeccable organization and project management skills
Unilateral leadership skills
Proven experience translating data and metrics to action
Demonstrable experience managing high-profile projects
Robust written and verbal communication portfolio
Emotional intelligence
Ability to achieve and maintain consensus among diverse groups
Strong analytical capacity
Shrewd and accountable decision-making skills
Project management experience
