IS Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible to maintain delivery services by responding to user requests.

No direct reports and no budget responsibility

Typical responsibilities for IS Infrastructure Analyst are not limited to: BAU support as this person will be expected to partake in infrastructure projects.

- Provide support, training and documentation for users,
- Evaluate user requirements and set priorities,
- Support and trouble shoot End-user Configuration Requirements.
- Assist in Infrastructure projects as requested by business
- Maintain existing process and procedures
- Communicate regularly with end-user
- Collaborate with Vendors in providing support
- Provide knowledge and technical expertise to resolve
- Issues.
- Show initiative, finding opportunities to improve upon quality and continuous
improvements of existing processes.
- Ability to prioritize requests and distinguish pressing issues
- versus long term needs.

Responsibilities:
•Provide assistance to end-users on general technical issues, in person, over the telephone or by remote-control sessions
•Assist users with hardware or software questions; test all new software and troubleshoot as required
•Troubleshoot infrastructure technical issues
•Work with vendors to address software or hardware issues
•Monitor and ensure optimal performance of applications, such as anti-virus and data backup
•Document technical processes/procedures and maintain equipment inventories.
•Provide on-call support in emergency situations, when needed.

•Will be flexible and adaptable to ever changing priorities, have the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high attention to detail
•Technical knowledge of Windows Server 2012, Windows 7and 10,
VPN
•Experience with a virtualized environment

•operating systems: Windows, iOS, Android etc.
•business applications: MS Office, Project, Visio, IE etc.
•infrastructure hardware: Server, firewalls, switches, UPS, etc.
