Bi-Lingual Brand Champion Skillset
Bi-Lingual fluency in Spanish and English
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems, and creating connections
Excellent Communications skills
Desire to actively engage and listen to your customers
Exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
Work from Home Equipment You Will Need
We are currently permitting employees to work from home for the next 1-2 months. All applicants must live within commuting distance of our San Antonio, Texas location.
High speed internet with a minimum speed of 10-15Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
