Job Description
Key Role:
Function as a systems administrator on our project, and configure new physical and virtual desktop infrastructure environments, maintain existing system components, and optimize the system for future development. Configure crucial components within the architecture that deliver the needed features to our user base. Help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. Gain experience in various Cloud computing technologies, including VMware VDI (ESXi 6.0 and up), VMware Horizon (7.0 and up), Windows Hyper-V, Windows Active Directory management, System Center Configuration Manager, Exchange Server, Cisco ASA firewalls, routers, and switches, Dell and HP rack servers, UNIX Solaris operating system, SUSE Linux, and Windows Server 2016. This position is located in El Segundo, CA.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with system administration
Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure, including Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), PowerShell, Windows Server 2008 or 2012, Windows 7 or 10, anti-virus, and backups
Ability to troubleshoot, administer, and maintain enterprise virtualization, email, database, storage, systems management, or other data center-related resources and infrastructure
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows servers and services, Active Directory, NAS shares, group policies, including provision storage and package, and deploying network-based applications
Experience with Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, Ansible, and PowerShell
Ability to work independently and effectively to complete assignments and projects in a timely manner
TS/SCI clearance
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Compliant Certification, CISSP, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps certifications
