Job Summary
The Director, Technology Solutions – User Experience is responsible for User Experience and Technology Solutions Management.
In this role, the Director will develop the user experience roadmaps for client-facing applications, systems, and interfaces for team members' use. You will develop an effective and well-branded user experience throughout multiple online properties
Primary Responsibilities
User Experience
Ensure to drive innovation across user-centered design practice
Identify projects for partnership along with department leaders and varied key partners
Develop and present strategic recommendations to the entire leadership team and various executives for online, mobile properties plus employee-facing tools
Translate team’s work into functionality, features, and content
Manage teams of user experience designers and editors, researchers, interaction designers, and developers, etc.
Recommend best approaches for implementation of user experience
Collaborate with various teams to design an end-to-end chain of services, systems, and human interactions
Prepare strategies and implement plans for cross-channel to assist customer-facing self-service
Identify improvement areas plus prospective competitive advantage for advanced research as well as exploration
Identify and manage required budgets for user experience
Ensure to prioritize user-centered design projects, improvements, and content as per enterprise priorities as well as Experience Systems
Technology Solutions Manager:
Identify and interpret customer requirements for technology solutions and services
Develop and manage budget evaluation and reporting for technology projects for the client
Provide technical advisory services to the client
Research and identify technology vendors for various business requirements
Perform as a channel for internal communication
Project manage project teams for solution delivery and implementation
Develop and manage direct relations with main stakeholders as well as subject matter experts
Ensure solutions are commensurate with organizational technology goals as well as priorities
Analyze and interpret data focused on enhancing service delivery
Minimum Requirements
Education, Required Skills & Competencies
10 + years of design experience working in UX
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related discipline
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to peers and stakeholders
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well with tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment
Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
Create user flows and wireframes
