Job Description
What our Senior Software Developers Do
Design and develop cutting-edge enterprise web applications and cloud-based solutions in a fast-paced environment
Lead discussions with client leadership and work with a team of intelligent technology professionals to recommend application solutions with cloud-hosted platforms and/or a database backends
Utilize a wide array of modern codebase and cloud services to build solutions that are slated for continuous improvements in functionality, infrastructure, and operations as the solutions evolve
Encourage innovation and software engineering best practices internally and externally
Aggressively grow your skillset and expertise to meet emerging needs
What We Look For
Expert experience with back-end web development using Node.js
Experience with one or more modern Front End frameworks (React, React, Vue, etc.)
Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript
Knowledge of cloud foundation principles and standards; hands-on experience working with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure products & solutions is ideal
Knowledge of Design Systems & Atomic Design principles
Knowledge of scalable CSS architecture methodologies & software design principles
Knowledge of gitflow / source control best practices
Knowledge of Services Oriented Architectures, RESTful Interfaces & Enterprise Application Patterns
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with web performance best practices
Experience setting up / writing unit, integration, and end to end tests
Comfortable in a work?environment that requires strong problem-solving skills, independent self-direction coupled with team collaboration, and open communication
Knowledge of the principles & patterns of Agile software development
