JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is ideal for current college or recent graduate students. This position will provide exposure to and provide hands-on experience working with a group of global and experienced business professionals within our organization.
Global Business Operations (GBO) Intern projects vary, but typical responsibilities and opportunities might include:
Support the Contracts and Proposals team with updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, and tracking tools
Track and organize proposals, contracts, work orders and change orders for the department
Participate in initiatives to help drive contracts and proposal productivity for analysts
Perform other duties as required
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Enrolled in a bachelor’s program – preferably focused in Business, Finance, Clinical Research, Project Management, or Healthcare/Life Sciences
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Quick learner and highly collaborative
Ability to work within well-defined guidelines and procedures
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Proficient data entry skills/typing
Able to self-direct
