About the role:
As the Marketing Manager, Recruitment, you will activate our global employment brand across the talent acquisition continuum. In this role, you will execute against strategic priorities to create interest in, and awareness of, careers at JLL, and generate applications from priority talent areas, leveraging candidate communications, career website, social media, video, recruitment collateral and more.
Responsibilities:
• Create and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads to priority openings and talent communities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership, recruiters, and business stakeholders to drive awareness of JLL career opportunities through earned, owned, and paid media.
• Provide strategic consultation and tactical execution for client groups in support of hiring plans and contributing to just-in-time qualified talent pipelines.
• Consistently optimize results by measuring, assessing, evaluating, and adjusting campaigns to yield maximum return on investment.
• Source and create content to support recruitment marketing initiatives including but not limited to content for Avature CRM talent pools, career site, social media, business networking sites, job boards, recruitment search engines, interest and lifestyle sites, print and ambient.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and JLL business lines to define candidate personas and research target demographics to build campaigns that resonate with key audiences
• Establish campaign calendar to guide content development in alignment with key initiatives
• Partner with JLL’s Social Media team to develop recruitment marketing and social media toolkit that provides team with “plug and play” solutions to solve for recruiting challenges
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure everyone understands the process and return on campaign activity
• Partner with JLL’s design team to develop promotional collateral for hiring events such as banners, social tiles, brochures, etc.
• Oversee content on JLL Careers web page and work with Digital Team to implement updates as necessary
• Manage JLL’s career profiles and pages on sites such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Xing, WeChat etc.
• Partner with JLL’s Internal Activation Hub to develop and execute thoughtful internal communication plan to engage with existing talent and position them to explore career opportunities at JLL.
• Perform competitive and market research to inform strategies and tactics.
• Partner with JLL’s digital team to create search engine optimized job postings framework for priority personas and focus areas.
• Align with our Digital Team to maintain on-brand collateral and assets for assigned client groups.
• Partner with recruiters and sourcing to segment, qualify and nurture leads through candidate relationship management (CRM) platform Avature.
• Drive branded and people-first experiences across talent acquisition tools and platforms.
• Support marketing execution for adjacent programs including but not limited to internal mobility, referrals, outreach, onboarding, university relations and events.
• Drive brand continuity by operating within JLL’s brand standards, tone of voice and messaging pillars.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism
• Five to seven years of professional experience, including three or more years of experience focused on recruitment marketing and employer branding activities
• Well-developed copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
• Refined verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experiencing collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results
• High level of comfort with navigating ambiguity
• Experience managing data, measuring data-based outcomes and brand effectiveness efforts
• Knowledge of primary social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), tools, best practices, and emerging trends
• Proficiency in Avature, MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Adobe Creative Suite
