Job Summary

Responsible for creating, tracking, administering and maintaining customer contracts and other associated documentation throughout every stage of the contracting cycle. Successful candidates must be able to appropriately prioritize deliverables and effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

•Provide input to, support and help enforce a contracting process that is scalable, repeatable and commonly understood across stakeholders.
•Prepare, review, submit and coordinate execution of customer contracts for robotics and technology-type products and services, related maintenance agreements and associated payment and rebate solutions agreements.
•Manage the contract redlining process through collaboration with cross-functional teams and use of knowledge-based tools
•Track and manage contracting exceptions
•Report out on contracting gaps to help facilitate timely resolution
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to help develop and maintain a portfolio of documentation templates that are efficient and consumable
 

Expected Areas of Competence

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of sales contracting.
• Oral and written communication, cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and applied analytical skills.
• Highly proficient and experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, self-starter willing and able to meet critical deadlines.
• Knowledge of the medical device business and products preferred.
 

Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
