Job Requirements
Troubleshooting and general maintenance of equipment and general facility upkeep. Capable of operating all machines tools as well as any machinist hand tools or gauging equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete assignments.
Qualified to disassemble, inspect, recondition, repair, and assemble either on component parts or complete machines. Capable of making your own parts as needed to repair/rebuild machines.
Qualified to carry through to completion the rebuild of complete machines.
Knowledge of drills, groovers, grinders, CNC turret machines and CNC lathes.
Knowledge of welding, hydraulics and general electrical schematics.
Education and Experience Required
High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
Journeyman in Machine Repair, or 4 Year Apprenticeship Program, or 8 Years of practical experience in Machine Repair - Preferred
4-7 Years of practical experience in Machine Repair - Required
