Job Requirements

Role Responsibilities:

Proactively manage, assess and predict the day-to-day needs of leadership to ensure they are prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events
Seamlessly manage email coordination, calendar scheduling, travel, expense reporting, and a wide variety of priorities at the leadership level
Coordinates across our EA team to ensure critical company-wide meetings and processes are effectively implemented
Project manage a variety of initiatives through self-motivation, clear communication and complete follow through
Assist the Chief of Staff with ad hoc projects as needed, including the organization of Executive Team retreats, business review meetings, and other leadership-level activities

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with deep experience supporting senior leaders, executives at a technology company through significant growth
A “can do” positive attitude and willing to do what it takes to make leadership successful
Strong bias to action and ability to work both quickly and to a high quality in a fast-paced environment
Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Highly organized project coordination activities - you are exceptionally organized and excel at managing multiple projects through successful completion
Strong analytical skills, ability to manage financial budgets and tracking costs
You are a team player and collaborate well with EAs and other colleagues at all levels with strong integrity and discretion
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Teams, and PowerPoint. Salesforce a plus.
