Position Summary
As part of the Services Product Management team, the Offer Manager will drive NCR’s Connected Hardware Maintenance strategy and supporting offers to marketing, including technical and operational planning and execution to develop services to support both NCR and third party ATM hardware. The Offer Manager will work closely with the Offer team on the Managed Services portfolio including leveraging components that can be utilized in the delivery of NCR’s next generation hardware maintenance offering.
As NCR’s offer manager for connected hardware maintenance, you will be responsible for the following:
Defining the product roadmap soliciting input from customers, sales and NCR leadership; working closely with service delivery and field operations
Monitor the performance of the offer, including service delivery, deployment and training
Manage product enhancements (features and capabilities) through the product release process
Track and drive financial performance of the offer portfolio, including revenue, file value and gross margin.
Monitor trends in the financial industry including ATM, branch, and retail banking trends to ensure that your product line remains best of breed in a highly competitive landscape
Partner with pricing, marketing and sales teams to create successful product launches
Key Areas of Responsibilities
·Manage a portfolio of services covering hardware maintenance for both NCR and non-NCR hardware, and complimenting NCR’s Managed Services portfolio
·Create business cases for product investments and secure internal and external stakeholder buy-in
·Manage the products through the product release process including development, operations, procurement and training
·Perform audits of the market to validate the direction of your product line and recommend investment prioritization
·Analyze Build/Buy/Partner models to launch new service offers and manage vendor and partner relationships
Knowledge Areas
Ideal candidates have knowledge of ATM operations and common ATM hardware systems utilized in retail banking
Ideal candidates have one or more of the following:
ITIL or ITSM certification
PMP accreditation
Pragmatic Marketing certification
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Management
Proven track-record in successfully managing service or IT related products or projects
Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software and services
Familiarity with ITIL and IT services management processes and best practices
Effective communicator and presenter across technical, business and C-level audiences.
This position requires up to 20% travel in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific
