Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Accurately and efficiently enter documents into the electronic storage system for easy retrieval. This includes indexing (data entry), preparing, and scanning documents.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for scanning invoices
Inserts bar code dividers between documents
Indexes invoices
Responsible for accurate batch totals
Maintain scanner
Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
Regular and reliable attendance required
Ability to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent
General technical knowledge including the ability to perform basic computer and copying functions
Must be self-motivated, able to maintain a high level of accuracy in a repetitive task, and a team player

In addition, we provide limited centralized functional services that offer our companies operational efficiencies, including accounting and finance, executive compensation management and recruitment assistance, employee benefits, marketing information retrieval and analysis, internal audit, legal services, real estate expertise and travel services.
