POSITION SUMMARY:
Jr. Account Executive will be responsible for supporting a category of business and developing strong relationships cross functional partners; internal and external. This position will master the e-commerce landscape as well as serve as point of contact for our Amazon wholesale partnership.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Sales Tracking/Data
Analyze all KPIs related e-commerce business.
Assist in revenue tracking to discover new opportunities for re-orders.
Assist in any selling takeaways as needed.
Order Management
Review bulks on a weekly cadence to ensure proper release of inventory.
Manage flow of seasonal purchase orders for new product launches.
Secure orders and ensure correct information is reflected, including delivery dates, style information, and order style adjustments.
Provide on-deck support for marketing initiatives when needed.
Enter orders into 7th online, and manage all updates post Cut&Sold.
Master Online Customer Experience
Monitor and audit website merchandising, ensuring product is live on site with proper attributes and images.
Manage New Item Set-Up process each season from the conclusion of market until product is live and in-stock.
Maintain Assortment catalog – Communicate out of stocks, discontinuations, troubleshoot any errors or notifications on current inventory.
Own the creation and maintenance of Amazon PDPs and all necessary content, ensuring a best-in-class brand presentation on the platform and optimizing all pages for seamless on-site customer experience.
Miscellaneous
Download images from the PVH DAM and send to Amazon for any new product or updated imagery for existing product.
Maintain the brand hierarchy files seasonally inclusive of new and existing product on Vendor Central.
Work closely with internal marketing team on content creation (new launches, updated content, and promotional periods) inclusive of copy, alt images, A+ content, videos, reviews and ensure all content is uploaded and live on site.
Ad-hoc ASIN pulls for internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience working within the e-Commerce channel
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Knowledge of ecommerce marketplace
Ability to work and lead cross functional teams
