Duties
Complete commercial transaction from start to close; curative work, assemble, prepare and review closing documents; disburse funds; record documents, and issue title policy.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years Commercial Escrow experience
Experience
Expert knowledge of commercial real estate, title insurance and endorsements.
Good organization skills and effectively manages complex commercial real estate transactions.
Effectively follows policies, procedures and concepts within the title industry
Self-motivated team player with excellent customer service skills, professional written and oral communication skills, with ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
Detail oriented and strong computer skills.
