Job Description
YOUR MISSION
Analyze, review and support the development of business processes with the focus on reporting together with the Business Teams and reporting specialists
Formulating and developing new and/or improve existing global business reporting solutions
Leads or supports IT projects in close cooperation with the business teams
Ensure business requirements are met and aligned with strategy
Improve connection between global functions representatives / system owners and IT-specialists within Global-IT
Report Project Status to management
Closely cooperate with other reporting specialists to ensure consistency of structure and data
Establishes clear priorities among project activities
Provide or ensure 2nd/3rd line of support for reporting in scope and supports users doing their own reporting
Coordinate, support or execute key and end-user training activities for reporting in scope
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as Controller or Reporting Responsible ideally in sales area
Fundamental understanding of different reporting methods and tools e.g. Excel, Power BI, OBIEE
Quick understanding as well as independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented working methods
Good conceptual-analytical skills
Very good communication skills as well as joy in working in a global team
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
