YOUR MISSION
Analyze, review and support the development of business process together with the Business Teams
Formulate and develop new and/or improve existing global business solutions and translates business requirements to functional requirement
Lead or support IT projects in close cooperation with the business teams
Ensure business requirements are met and aligned with strategy
Improve connection between global functions representatives / system owners and IT-specialists within Global-IT
Report Project Status to management
Closely cooperate with other business analysts to ensure consistency of processes and data between different domains
Establish clear priorities among project activities
Provide or ensure 2nd/3rd line of support for systems in scope
Perform configurations on systems in scope
Ensure integrity and security of corporate data and system functionality (testing after updates and changes)
Coordinate, support or execute key and end-user training activities for systems in scope
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, ideally with a focus on computer science or digitalization or comparable studies with a strong affinity for the digital future
Several years of professional experience as Business Analyst ideally in sales area
Understanding a company's business processes and relevant trends desirable
Quick understanding as well as independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented working methods
Good conceptual-analytical skills
Good communication skills in English as well as joy in working in a global team
