Your Impact
Monitoring daily requests that come through the system to ensure that all requests are supported.
Analyzing and tracking workflow volumes and making decisions to adjust team assignments to meet production goals and maximize capacity.
Creating workflow reports daily and/or weekly, and working on additional projects as needed
Serves as a subject-matter-expert on all aspects of the Sample Coordinator role. Maintains training tools, provides training and on-boarding, monitors quality standards, and provides feedback as needed.
Provides leadership and support to team members for ad hoc projects, sample inventory and management, support appointments, and donation execution to ensure completion.
Managing workload and acting as a liaison to consistently negotiate with cross-functional partners to ensure business priorities are met.
Utilizes strong communication skills to resolve and/or escalate issues, manage in-house sample submission process, and report on on-going projects.
Partnering with leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure all business-critical initiatives are achieved.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams)
1 to 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment (retail, service or production preferred)
Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
Being self-driven, eager to learn and goal-oriented with strong time-management skills
Calmness under pressure, with the ability to excel and thrive in a high-volume environment
Proactive problem-solving and decision making
