What you will be responsible for

Collaborate with subject matter experts across the company to understand issues and pain points and help design solutions which solve these pain points and drive efficiencies to support our digital transformation efforts.
Establish a style guide and design system to ensure a modern interface is developed and adhered to as we continue to design and launch enhancement by enhancement.
Develop wireframes which support requirements developed by you and the agile team
Design the user experience within our no code platform
Present agile demos of the experiences you have designed
Be a champion for our associates and clients when you recommend design solutions
You will draw insights from research and usability testing to deliver best-in-class experiences for our employees and client

What we value

Solid foundation in design principles, best practices, and a passion for designing meaningful digital experiences
Experience designing financial applications
Experience designing wireframes and using modern design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Suite and other prototyping tools.
Accustomed to delivering work on time
Comfortable with taking feedback from stakeholders and iterating on solutions until the business requirements are adequately met and business owners are comfortable.
Ability to guide and direct design conversation whether with business stakeholders or other designers
Ability to be detail-oriented, well organized, with excellent time-management skills
Strong communication skills, including ability to comfortably present to peers and clients
