Job Summary:
Key member of a highly collaborative team responsible for leading and managing compensation processes and projects for the organization. Working with HR Business Partners, COEs, and Shared Services, this position will lead/support various compensation related initiatives such as salary management, compensation programs, employee and manager education and communication, job evaluation, and compensation projects within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to understand compensation needs. Provide consultation to various topics, including interpretation of compensation programs and practices, job evaluations, job descriptions, job profiles and salary placement.
Participate in business operation meetings, serving as the subject matter expert for Total Rewards.
Evaluate external labor market conditions to identify market trends and drive sound compensation decisions.
Partner across functions and lead company-wide and business focused compensation projects
Review existing compensation processes and recommend creative ways to enhance efficiencies and consistency.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finc, Business or related field
Experience Required:
5+ years’ broad-based compensation experience required
MS PowerPoint (intermediate) and MS Excel skills (advanced)
Strong organization skills – ability to effectively prioritize work
Understanding of market based pricing.
Advanced level ability to accurately research, compile and synthesize information, draw conclusions and recommend solutions.
Highly collaborative team player with a track record of building relationships and establishing credibility at all levels.
Proactively drives process improvements.
Action-oriented, hands-on, able to work independently and collaboratively with a sense of urgency
Ability to work across teams and business units to lead discussions, influence and build consensus.
