The Experience

Do you have a rare combination of creativity and passion for detail and a proven track record of working with senior executives to create effective and compelling presentations? We are seeking a dynamic and deliberate Presentations Specialist to help us elevate how we tell the Colgate-Palmolive story through presentations and multimedia. We want someone who is great with Google Slides and loves the challenge of informing, inspiring and engaging internal and external audiences. We need someone who is strategic and agile; someone who demonstrates grace under pressure and who thrives under tight deadlines, last-minute suggestions and diverse perspectives.

Work with senior executives and other colleagues to design, create and improve presentations for a range of stakeholders. Key internal clients include the Chief Executive Officer, the head of Investor Relations and other senior leaders. The range of activities includes Board of Directors meetings, Financial Analyst Conferences, Quarterly CEO Broadcasts, Business Webcasts and Thought Leadership events.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a corporate or agency environment where many diverse perspectives and inputs are shared.

What you’ll need...

3-5 years hands-on experience in creating presentations for a large company or agency
Proficiency in all Google suite tools, particularly Slides and expertise in charting
Basic or advanced Photoshop skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, Basic business knowledge, Strong attention to detail, Resourceful
