POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a proven sales leader who has extensive experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) space to help grow our PEO sales vertical. The PEO Channel Director will have a strategic mindset, be results oriented, and focus on relationship development.
YOU WILL:
As the PEO Channel Director, you will be building, driving, and leading the PEO Channel withing Guardian’s Group Business. You will develop, foster, and oversee a clear vision for growth within the PEO space by focusing on the customer, leveraging existing processes, and cultivating key internal and external relationships. Responsibilities will include making and sustaining connections with PEOs to drive new business and strengthen and broaden existing relationships. The PEO Channel director will have the following responsibilities:
Act as point of contact for executive level relationships and demonstrate deep industry knowledge fostering confidence and trust
Identify trends in the PEO industry that align with Guardian solutions and lead initiatives to drive additional growth
Build a comprehensive channel strategy by evaluating capability gaps, value proposition, and service models
Collaborate with distribution to design and implement growth strategies for targeted partners
Build and maintain ongoing sales & evaluation process and characteristics of desirable partners, best practices, tools and templates, et
Lead, develop, and manage annual business plan aligning with strategic, financial, and operational functions to monitor and share channel metrics
Launch the channel strategy by developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators and identifying efficiencies and technical alignment opportunities
Maintain strategic needs including driving project initiatives for PEO strategy by assisting in the creation of, and ongoing updates for, LEAN business cases for Strategic Partnerships
Act as a channel advocate/champion by conducting internal presentations and enhancing strategy awareness
Monitor channel performance via financial and operational reporting
Assist with marketing designs and sales enablement to build appropriate communication tools, actionable intelligence, and training for field distribution on finding opportunities
Lead and evaluate the sales and status of each prospective partner, and plan, coordinate, and lead stewardship meetings as the partner’s primary point of contact
Create and manage business plans for assigned partners and successfully execute against agreed upon objectives
