Job Description
Responsibilities:
Become the subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of our API products to quickly facilitate customer inquiries
Work with account teams and partners to facilitate API connectivity
Provide 1:1 support to customers during their integration phase with via our standard APIs and software add-on modules
Manage multiple customer requests without forfeiting quality
Create and iteratively improve API documentation and implementation guides based on customer question patterns and customer feedback
Look for ways to improve customer support and enable scalable self-service practices
Establish strategic lasting relationships with external software partners
Required Qualifications:
Understanding of basic programming concepts (data types, branching, iterations etc.)
Ability to read and understand XML and JSON documents
Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns, messaging sequencing, correlation, and queuing
Minimum of 3 year of professional experience with web service integrations using REST or SOAP APIs
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Postman, SOAPUI or other REST clients
Experience with technical writing
Experience working with liquid templates
Experience using Kibana and writing Elasticsearch queries
Experience working with T-SQL
