Job Description
The Role
Responsible for working system order fallout and billing for products not supported by ordering systems. Work with the PMO, technical and process team to implement system fixes and process procedures to ensure billing accuracy and prevent disputes.
The Main Responsibilities
• Responsible to creating and validating billing for specialized or non-system supported billing across all bill cycles.
• Analyze system order fall out to correct and determine root cause.
• Partner with cross functional teams to evaluate and develop processes around non-standard billing requests or new products.
• Constantly review order fallout to determine patterns and work with technical support teams to enhance or correct upstream processes to prevent fallout.
• Collaborate with the PMO, Process and Technical support team to ensure that Billing accuracy is guaranteed through system fixes and process implementation.
• Work with Manager to ensure that billing accuracy objectives are achieved
What We Look For in a Candidate
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Science or equivalent in training and education.
• 1 to 3 years work experience, Telcom experience preferred.
• Must have basic SQL skills
• Must have intermediate to advance Excel skills.
• Advanced analytical skills and must be detail oriented.
• Persuasively relates thoughts, verbally and in written form.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to apply problem solving methodologies and creativity.
Preferred Experience
• Understanding of telecommunication products and services
• Basic programming skills in SQL, SSIS and SSRS
