Job Description
The Role
The Solution Manager has content authority for the Platform Application Solutions Growth Team through a solution backlog. They work with the customers to understand their needs, prioritize capabilities, create solution visions and roadmap, define requirements, and guide work from definition to launch.
This is a fully remote position from anywhere in the US.
The Main Responsibilities
Understand and prioritize capabilities that will drive revenue growth for an Agile Release Train.
Plan for the end-to-end execution of an EPIC and its capabilities including but not limited to customer experience, financial drivers, sales enablement, marketing, development delivery, operational readiness, customer success, legal, and global readiness.
Define how we measure success, the tools needed to allow those measurements, and reporting to how we are performing against those measurements.
Leadership level reporting of status, issues, risks, and successes.
Drive decisions and have the courage to stop work when not meeting the objectives and success measurements.
Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies throughout the life of the program.
What We Look For in a Candidate
5+ years of experience leading strategic product launches
Bachelor Degree: Master Degree Preferred
Knowledge of the SAFe Agile methodology; certifications not required but preferred
