Job Description
Overview:
In this role, the successful candidate will possess attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving skills, and ability to quickly adapt to change. The candidate must have a strong customer-service focus. Duties will include:
Providing excellent customer service to employees and HR Managers; collaborating with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to resolve a wide range of benefit issues in a timely, equitable and efficient manner.
Partnering with HRIS to enhance current benefit production reports and data extract files; performing data integrity testing on a monthly and quarterly basis and reconcile discrepancies.
Reviewing and processing benefit claims and fee invoices ensuring accuracy of expenses and accounting allocation
Assisting with implementing approved changes to plans with vendors and carriers.
Supporting all benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, relocation, immigration, 401(k) and pension
Assisting in developing and improving benefits processes and policies.
Supporting special projects and business analysis as required.
Supporting annual enrollment including user acceptance testing, reviewing written communications, answering questions from HR business partners and facilitating employee benefits meetings.
Assiting with yearly plan audits as needed.
Paying vendor invoices.
What you need for success:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
1-3 years of relevant work/benefits experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel skills
Knowledgeable in Health & Welfare, Life & Disability and Retirement
Strong analysis skills and understanding of HRIS and payroll systems
Superior customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communication
Familiarity with SAP and SuccessFactors
Ability to travel
Demonstrated ability to maintain employee confidentiality
