Job Description
The Warehouse Manager position will perform the following duties:
Directs all warehouse operations including shipping and receiving product
Handles management-related duties such as recruiting, retaining, and ensuring the proper training of quality employees in a positive, professional manner
Ensures proper picking and loading operations
Documents materials and supplies shipped
Ensures proper sanitation as needed
Manages all warehouse departmental expenses related to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Comfortable with high-volume shipping
Extensive experience in planning work, setting goals
“Hands-on” commitment to getting the job done
Ability to develop rapport with customers and staff we well as maintain strong working relationships
Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
4-6 years foodservice/warehouse distribution supervisory experience
Strategic team player
Intermediate proficiency use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Logistics/Supply Chain and/or related area
6-10 Years foodservice/warehouse distribution supervisory experience
Organizational and project management skills, ability to plan and implement initiatives within a fast paced setting
Knowledge of OSHA regulations within a foodservice distribution facility
