The HR Business Partner position provides generalist support for our ManpowerGroup Solutions client. In this role, you join a high energy and collaborative team that’s dedicated to providing end to end HR support to our global workforce for all of their HR needs. The HR Business Partner will work virtual from their home office and is a long-term (no end date) W-2 contract position. You must have flexibility for hours worked across multiple time zones (PST, EST, CST) based on scheduling needs.
Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR’s services and offerings including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc.

Qualifications
3+ years of HR generalist experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
• Adept at coaching people leaders and employees
• Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment
• Continuous improvement mind-set
• Comfortable with heavy use of technology
• Work hours are normal business hours with expectation for periodic overtime
