Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Conduct usability research
Design solutions that improve the external and internal experiences
Deliver professional-quality visual assets for in-product use
Assist in the design of User Interface (UI) flow, personas and function for solutions
Proactively solicit feedback from stakeholders and the UX team to improve work deliverables
Optimize information architecture to promote usability, while accommodating technical needs/constraints
Develop user flows and personas to facilitate feature design process
Lead cross-functional design sessions for functional teams
Assist in the expansion of UX capabilities within the IT organization
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
Majoring in HCI, Information Technology, Cognitive Science, or related
A minimum GPA of 3.0
An understanding of PCs, networks, and mobile devices
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Ability to work in Piscataway, New Jersey from Spring 2020-Fall 2020 Semesters
Availability to work a minimum of fifteen hours per week
