WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:

• Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.

• May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

• Execute the technical strategy and roadmap for products, making decisions on technologies that are robust and scalable

• Build quality directly into the engineering processes and solutions through automated testing and test driven development

• Influence and execute on engineering processes that deliver predictable quality. Analyze code quality and continually assess risk to ensure that high quality solutions are delivered

• Help build high performing Teams, grow and mentor the technical skills within the Team

• Write, review, and take responsibility for clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation and be a positive influence on other Developers

• Work with Product Owners to translate roadmap features into manageable user stories, tasks, estimate timings, suggest solutions, and identify risks

• Lead and participate in the architectural design of features early in the development cycle

• Contribute to iteration planning and participate in daily scrums, iteration retrospectives, and iteration demos

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by start date to comply with Executive Order 14042, which requires employees of federal contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
