What you’ll do

Perform quality testing on 100% of product to ensure it meets specifications.
Sets up and operate equipment needed for production/processing operation.
Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. 
Follow engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process.
Install, modify, move, troubleshoot, repair, and dismantle machinery and equipment according to requisition established documentation (e.g., SOPs), layout plans, blueprints or other drawings. 
Follow all safety, lean and quality procedures.
Document/record information: enter, transcribe, record, store, and/or maintain information in written or electronic form compliant with GDP.
Analyze data or information; identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
Provide feedback and guidance to continue improving processes.
Other duties as assigned, such as quality activities, training, and employee activity teams.

Who you are

Knowledge and understanding of Stop Orders, Concessions, Deviations, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, documentation configuration control practices.
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Utilize basic technical communication throughout the implementation of new products to improve models and/or externally sourced components in terms of system performance, reliability, functionality, and serviceability.
Interface with other departments in the execution of duties to ensure the orderly flow of materials and information.
Provide evaluation, constructive feedback and leadership of internal and external engineering, manufacturing, or service documentation
Ability to consistency to life up to 50 pounds and stand on their feet 80%+ of the time during shift
