Job Description
Arrow is looking for a Sales Storage Engineer to join their team! This individual will be supporting our largest partner for their NetApp business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborating with partner and NetApp sales and technical resources to understand a customers requirements
Create systems configurations based on customer requirements, offer solution recommendations to include services.
Work with our partner and NetApp to resolve design configuration issues and run revisions.
Train sales reps and partner engineers on configuration tools and how to use them, as well as provides pre-sales product training.
Stay current on new NetApp offerings and solutions that are introduced and maintain certifications.
Prepare technical presentations and vendor trainings to partners on products and solutions and provides product demonstrations to show how a product meets client needs.
Educate partners, inside sales, and other technicians on products and solutions.
What We’re Looking for in the Right Candidate:
At least 3-7 years of related experience, preferably working with infrastructure solutions
Strong interpersonal skills
Team player
