The Integrated Producer (IP) is responsible for defining features and functionality of a project. They will partner with Campaign Managers, Creative, Media, Analytics and Technical leads to manage production, schedule, budget, and quality assurance.  Leads and coordinates efforts of the entire production and development team (internal and external) and can act in an important interface role with the business and all stakeholders on project issues. This individual will be responsible for the overall planning and execution of digital projects such as banners, native, social content, stand-alone digital experiences, print and out of home (OOH). They will also manage the trafficking process on digital and print media for all paid advertising campaigns across the organization and ensure that proper tracking is enabled and develop and manage project and production schedules (create project plans and identify critical paths and dependencies).

Additional Responsibilities:

Provides all specs and technical requirements to the creative team prior to development of work
Supports the creative team throughout creative development process to produce best in class work
Work closely with the business, and internal creative, media and production teams to facilitate communications, manage workflow and ensure successful and timely deliver. Ensures that production, tagging and trafficking lead times have been provided and reviewed Identifies critical paths and dependencies
Manage resources and project budgets
Forecast resource needs and allocations
Oversee range of projects of varying complexities
Manages multiple projects/ requests concurrently
Assesses and communicates risks for mitigation
Conduct vendor assessments; review production contracts, manage vendor relationships
Define project requirements
Author and/or review statements of work
Estimate level of effort for creative development as well as production
Responsible for completion of paid media trafficking documentation and asset delivery
Supports the trafficking team for launch
Brings technology innovation, and a strategic and creative perspective to the production/execution of projects

Past experience in management of interactive projects, developing creative solutions, and campaign management as it relates to ad operations/trafficking and reporting is required.  Ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication and writing skills, client service skills, team and production management skills, and a strong understanding of digital technologies.

Additional Qualifications

Prior interactive/digital agency experience required
Experience with digital & print advertising (programmatic, social, native, OOH as well as print and OOH production, application development, site builds, mobile, rich media vendor platforms
Project management oversight from start to completion
Interpersonal skills
Organizational, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task
Web/tech knowledge and understanding of HTML, interface design, and the social media landscape
Computer skills, specifically in project management software (i.e.: Workfront, Basecamp, Microsoft Project) and Excel; proficient on both Mac and PC
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
Strong understanding of media process and digital trafficking (i.e.: DART)
Basic knowledge of video production and video formats for web
