Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

Digital Marketing & Communications
• Contributes to email marketing efforts (E-mail blasts, E-newsletters) and responsible for ongoing optimization.
• Responsible for project management and development of materials for internal employee-related communications as needed.
• Contributes to the development of digital campaigns and monitors results on channels they are responsible for and provides analysis of campaign effectiveness and recommendations to improve marketing ROI.
• Helps develop and provides input to the creative planning of annual marketing and communications materials.
• Oversees research and analysis to determine community wants and needs.

• Manages media inbox, liaising with incoming messages to gather additional information as needed, and triages/escalates to appropriate teams to assist.

• Collaborates with internal partners and external vendors for SEO and Insights content creation, participates in bi-weekly and monthly meetings, and owns the internal process of reviews for content and approvals.

• Assists in the management of the SEO platform, conducts keyword research, updates keyword groups, updates page groups, creates campaign dashboards, and assigns keywords to pages.

• Media monitors industry news of clients, competitors, solutions, and more. Collect relevant articles and add Insights content to an email that is distributed on a weekly basis.•

• Assists as appropriate in the management the editorial content calendar, project manages campaigns and campaign owners on a weekly and bi-weekly basis on daily stand up call, Core4 meeting, and bi-weekly marketing effectiveness meetings.

• Assists with the internal content review process of Insights content and assets as appropriate.

• Supports Oncology team with rewriting and editing positive patient impact stories on a quarterly basis.

Social Media Marketing & Communications
• Develops strategies for growing our digital platforms.
• Crafts and aggregates engaging content for our various social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube (as appropriate), to engage target audiences, increase event attendance, and to help raise organizational visibility.
• Brainstorms new ideas and innovative ways to engage and grow our audience
• Develops a social media plan and creates goals and benchmarks
• Generates monthly reports on social media marketing performance
• Manages art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed)
• Partners with external marketing specialists to increase marketing results (paid and/or organic)
• Develops, evaluates and oversees the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
• Manages all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel
• Communicates with Senior Vice President about marketing goals and research

• Manages all incoming messages from social media, tags them appropriately, responds to actionable posts, triages to the media inbox or clinical guidelines inbox as appropriate, and flags to the appropriate teams if needed.

• Provides guidance and shares best practices with internal team members for their own social media.

Ideal candidates will offer:

3+ years marketing background with experience in B2B marketing in healthcare
Working knowledge and understanding of multiple marketing technologies
Understands digital marketing including web site, email, SEO/SEM, social media
Highly organized, multi-tasking individual with ability to effectively prioritize projects
Thrives in fast-paced team and work environment
Strong team player with ability to work effectively cross-functionally
Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
