Responsibilities
Define 3D Print and Digital Manufacturing software products that leverage HP’s unique capabilities in ways that solve impactful customer problems.
Develop and refine business plans for how SW contributes meaningful revenue for HP 3D and Digital Manufacturing Group.
Have and maintain a profound understanding of our target markets, customers, and how the existing solution landscape affects our strategic product vision.
Own products across the entire lifecycle, be a champion and CEO of products in the portfolio.
Develop and maintain detailed product requirements within a modern product management framework
Deliver compelling communications across organizational boundaries and to senior management.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's or Masters degree in relevant field (engineering or business) preferred
Deep and relevant industry experience in manufacturing workflows and systems including CAD/CAM, additive manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, across all customer touchpoints
4+ years relevant and successful product management, marketing, sales, or development experience
Significant experience developing and articulating vision and strategy that meet business goals
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with core team, extended stakeholders and leadership
Knowledge and Skills
Ability to produce expert product requirements documentation, and implement proven product definition processes that scale to an entire portfolio
Must be organized, flexible & able to act independently, with ability to switch rapidly between different projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Adept at collaborating within a matrixed environment
Outstanding communication skills, including written, public speaking, and small-group presentation skills. Ability to articulate product goals into business requirements for technical development
Familiarity with agile product development
Ability to think and act creatively, methodically and strategically
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English required, mastery in local language preferred.
