Job Description

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:


• Products released by the site activity(*) are compliant with the models arising from quality planning and satisfy the external customers


(*)- The RGQA acts as the continuing guarantor of a release function exercised by a “mature” obtention organization.


- The RGQF acts as the guarantor of an “emergent” obtention function with a guaranteed function in charge of the release (see Ref. 142)


• The quality approach, with the quality management system is deployed at the site. For the customer’s benefit and the entity’s performance, the RGQA/RGQF is the leader of a quality ambition, formulated in the progress plan and implemented by the management team. All the persons in the entity are involved in attaining these results.


• Anticipation and abatement of quality risks are demonstrated. Risk monitoring is practiced in a pertinent manner, effectively. The necessary alerts and actions, both proactive and reactive, are carried out effectively. Each process is covered by a quality approach (achievement and guarantee) adapted to reduce risks.


•Models applied on-site are robust (customer performance and industrial efficiency) and are the result of the site’s pertinent and adequate contribution to the industrialization, complying with timelines


• Quality competencies in place meet the entity’s need, and, if need be, the job’s renewal. Endurance of these competencies is ensured.

The development of people under his/her hierarchical responsibility is regular and on-going. The team is given a sense of responsibility.

Requirements

Min. 3-5 years relevant work experience
Min. 2 year Technical Degree Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
