Job Description

Accountabilities:

Strong collaboration with other Americas Credit Managers, reporting to the Head Commercial Credit Risk Americas

Support commercial growth ensuring fit for purpose credit programs or solutions are robust enough to manage and monitor credit risks that enable such growth for new market entries, complex products, and strategies.

Lead through other credit and finance members to accomplish goals and overall credit strategies and credit valuations

Interact with Finance Managers, Deal Structurers, Risk Reporting and Analytics, Market Risk and Commercial Leaders, Traders and Originators as well as other senior level Credit Risk members.

Participate in Global Credit Committee for portfolio, counterparty, or structural support for key decisions

Utilize experience and professionalism to foster new ideas, continuous improvement (CI), elimination of non-value adds and digitalization and automation where appropriate to adhere and materialize word class finance risk reward principles and ESSA mindset (Eliminate, Simplify, Standardize and Automate) Strong collaboration with other Americas Credit Managers, reporting to the Head Commercial Credit Risk Americas

Manage the whole structure

Develop and Implement best practices from collaboration and implement as needed

Partner with Risk Reporting Analytics group to build out more analytical, reporting and stress testing capabilities within Credit Risk organization taking advantage of Risk Reporting Analytics and deal structuring existing tools

What we need from you:

Currently must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.

At least 5 years working experience prior credit risk, market risk, or senior finance experience ideally across both a trading and marketing environment, with knowledge of gas and power businesses.

3 years of managerial experience preferred.

Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Finance or credit qualification.

Strong external perspective in terms of the types of companies engaged in this activity in the market.

Must have a long-term whole structure with people analytically.

Experience with stress testing and analytical tools, such as Potential Future Exposure and working in a global organization and in a virtual working environment.

Involvement in working with structured credit transactions helpful.

Contract Negotiation.
